newbie here! please help me identify this vintage oscar de la renta one shoulder dress

hello!!!
i need help with this vintage oscar de la renta dress. i found it at a thrift store and am wondering if it is couture or perhaps if it was a from a pattern?? the tag is not secure and there is no material/care tag
the material is like a poly/jersey but not too stretchy
the fit is absolutely to die for. i had been holding on to it but have never worn it in the few years that i've had it.
i am considering selling it but i want to make sure exactly what it is.
i've been burned in the past when i sold a vintage halston dress and the buyer said that the tag was fake. any help is much appreciated.

I know what you mean, I wouldn't necessarily assume it wasn't quite right because the tag wasn't secure, but you never know. I think it is a beauty and there isn't any real reason to think its not an Oscar de la Renta based on the styling and how you described the fabric. Let's see what others say.

thanks. i called a vintage dealer today. she told me the fact that it's numbered could be a very good thing.
