Nicole Miller Dress ~ am I 90s?

I am so in love with this dress.. all sheer silk, silk/ spandex blend lining, side zipper and has stitched pleats that don't open till about thigh high.. so flirty!

the label is close to Jonathan's on the Resource.. is this 90s as well??
