No Label Black Velvet Dress

This dress is black velvet with a drop back. The center drop back features a bow (so cute). The boat neck front, through the back and the hem, features back small pom-poms with black facet findings.

Your dress has the union label used from 1955-1963.
 
The AFL-CIO label was between 1955-95. From a glance the dress looks 60s but it would be helpful if you had clearer pictures.
