not vintage, not fashion--important

Fashion is the second most polluting industry across the globe. This is why I refuse to purchase any fast fashion brands/clothing.
 
Thanks for sharing - definitely food for thought! I agree, the fashion industry is one of the worst when it comes to pollution. Interesting read also regarding washing etc. We only get front loaders here, and the ones in my building have a special "Sports clothing" setting which I use to wash anything like that, including swimwear, fleece, trekking pants and all ski wear. And I do wear the stuff as long as it lasts.
