Not your usual Mike Benet "formal"

I was surprised to see the Mike Benet name on this garment, it doesn't seem like their usual confections. There is no union label to be found on the garment. The styling seems so 60s, but the dry cleaning instructions are so specific. Is it actually 60s or more like 80s does 60s? The zip is a nylon Talon. The fish-net accent goes up the sides of the legs as well as being at the center bust. I find the original price a bit expensive!

Wouldn't the price be extortionate for the 60's? I can imagine it being that much in the 80's if the brand was in fashion then.
