Novelty Cars & Buggy Shirt, Vintage?

Do you think this is a Pajama Shirt? A mens shirt? A ladies shirt?
A dress shirt?
Is it vintage?

My boyfriend thinks it feels like Silk or polyester, but it reminds me of nylon in Anorak jackets, but not so creasy, hard to explain.
No tag, Looks like ZIG ZAG stiching inside, It has no serging & it does include an extra button. The buttons are plastic.

There isn't any tags, either..So i'm totally unsure.. It's quite a mystery..I have NO IDEA how to sell it!!!

The description you gave makes it sound like a wind shirt to me.
We wore them skiing in the 70's.

I still have mine though I've not worn it in years.:USETHUMBUP:
