Okay - I'm trying to find some orange gloves for a Christmas pressie, so I have a bit of time.

I didn't see any on etsy, specialistauctions, or eBay. I'm off to check Babylon right now.

I'll need at least a size medium. No pastels, but true orange or a rusty orange will do nicely. They're for my very best pal, so they need to be in great shape.

I've sent her an orange angora-like hat last year & a rust & orange shawl/scarf thang for her birthday, so I am hoping to find the gloves to complete the 'set' for Christmas.

If you have some hiding somewhere, I'd love to "talk."

Sounds like a potential dye job to me. Or are you talking leather gloves? In which case that would be difficult as the leather has already been treated.

Go to the top right of this page and search VFG trade members. You will find THESE GLOVES. You can do that for your search for velveteen as well. :elf:
 
i have an amazing pair of russet-y pumpkin orange gloves but they have been worn SO much they do have some issues (and i would NEVER part with them, either), but just sayin', there probably IS a magical orange pair out there!
