ok 1 more dress date check and fabric description

I am bouncing around on the date on this one too... but from 40s to 60s lol!

the look seems 60s to me and thats what I first thought. Then upon inspection i see little "older" features.. it is rouched just under the lapel on both sides of the bodice. The pockets are also cut/sewn into place at an angel to make a subtle chevron look. no zippers just buttons. the tag also appears older at lest 50 ish? unlined and 90% sure its cotton.

also the white stripes are crumpled/rigged? what is the term for this fabric weave/design?

ahhh i feel like a doofass lol not sure i spelled that right but more fitting anyway!!!

some times I just over think these things!!
