Okkkkkkkkkkkk guess how long this one has been hanging in my closet? I totally love it, but I had to be "honest" with myself and admit that I'm never going to wear it. *sigh*
Anyhoo, made by Alvin's, the skirt part is really heavy... any ideas?

i was thinking graphic too. and it looks like a screenprint, don't know if it actually is or not. but i search screenprint/screenprinted, if that's any help!
