Old nike? - Tag identification

I could not find this tag on the label resource, does anyone have any idea IF this is Nike at all? And if it is, when would this be from? I would think from mid 90’s to mid 00’s but I am not sure at all.
I only suspect so from the style of the sweater and tag design

That's a good question, I have no idea! I think it says Nike in a very interesting way, but I could be wrong
