1960s looking label, 1980s style... any ideas on the date of this jacket?

It looks 80s to me, but according to my research and the label resource, the label looks to be 60s, so I am confused. They didnt make those flappy things detailing the front and back outside of the 80s did they?

Eli, I agree that "V" shaped tucked shoulder to hip seam is very 80s to me also.
