I think our mother helped her. She tells me since I posted this that it was our grandmother's dress, which explains some things about the size.

Despite being 2 years apart, my mom used to dress us alike. If we can ever get into these ( and Ann has to wear the tiny one!) we are taking a photo

It's just that even though most the dresses we handle were mass produced , it's so rare to see a duplicate, mush less one that was in the family
