elastic waist skirt and peplum style shirt with back zip and that cute bow. I liked the print bit otherwise am as per the usual clueless about it. Thoughts welcome!

My first thought is that this could be African, but that's not an area of clothing I'm very familiar with, so I may be way off. If you look at "African peplum dress" on google images, you see some similar styles. If so, it may be quite modern. Someone else may know whether that could be an African fabric.

I had similar thoughts regarding the possibility of African fabric.
The photos are a bit blurry, but my impression is that these pieces are non-commercial, handmade items.

It's definitely inspired by Kente cloth but its printed, not woven, so its not real. It would look great on a black woman with a HUGE afro!
