Well strictly speaking these aren't harem pants. They're traditional Cossack costumes. The puffy pants don't strike me as being particularly comfortable to ride in but apparently that's what they wore for generations.

Those are so cool! Actually, they strike me as being very comfy to ride in, since way back when they didn't have the stretchy elasticized breeches & jodphurs they do now, so if you wore too-tight pants to ride in, they wouldn't allow as much freedom of movement through the seat and thigh.... And they're way cooler looking than the puffy-top, tight-calf breeches/jods of yesteryear (at least IMHO!). But of course one wold not wear these fox hunting--LOL!

I love the slim leg harem pants. I wear them a lot. Get the cauldron ready ! With any luck, a stiff breeze will take me skyward, and you will have to find another amusement.
