Oscar de la renta cardigan question

Hi I was thrifting today and purchased this Oscar De La Renta cardigan.
I would love to learn more about it . it has a number under the tag. it is 837301 11108. it was originally sold through Neiman Marcus. Can someone point me in a direction so I can learn more. My google image search did not come up with anything.

I agree, mass-produced and maybe not yet vintage. I would also not call this cardigan - looks more like a bolero. The style reminds me of vintage bed jackets I've had, but this proably was thought to go with something formal (maybe for summer) or even in the direction of bridal.

Thank you for the feedback. I like the word bolero. It makes me image dance and happy times.
