Oscar de la Renta Collectibles label

I'm new to collecting vintage apparel, and I fear this is a newbie question but here goes.

I recently found a lovely wrap skirt with the label "Oscar de la Renta Collectibles." I've been searching and googling this label and have learned a great deal about de la Renta's labels but not his "Collectibles" label specifically.

From what little I have found, I'm thinking the "Collectibles" is an off the rack label created for department stores, and as such has significantly less value than other de la Renta pieces.

Am I correct in this assumption? Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks, Melanie ~ I was able to find that trademark information and date the skirt to that time period. I just haven't been able to get an idea of its value, relative to other ODLR pieces that are from his "regular" labels vs "collectibles" label. Or if there is a difference.
