Oscar de la Renta for Elizabeth Arden The Salon - Question on dating item

Hi,
I have a linen ODLR dress that has an Elizabeth Arden The Salon label as well as a faded ILGWU tag.

I saw that ODLR designed for Elizabeth Arden from 1963-1965, however, the ILGWU label has the red,white,blue color scheme.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help me verify the era for this garment, thank you!

I'm seeing 60's revival probably 1980s - it has the newer sort of invisible zip.

That appears to be an OLDR dress that was simply sold by Arden, rather than a dress designed by ODLR while on the Arden payroll.

The colorway is striking.
