Ostrich cape

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me date this beautiful little ostrich cape. I recently acquired it from a lady who said it was her mothers and dates back to the 20s. I think it is more likely 1930s? Any help or addition information would be great. Thanks

Ombre feathers!! I had one of these in pink, and another in tans. I agree, I think they are more 1930s, but could certainly be cuspers - 1928 - 1935 ish.

In fact they were often made up in the 1930s from 1920s fans.
