Since we all pretty much live variations on the same life, I thought it would be good for us to share tips we've learned over the years to help save money & time in this business.
Here's one of mine--
I wrap all my items in tissue, and then often use MORE tissue to pad a package for shipment. Obviously, this can get expensive.
I do try to use plastic grocery bags when I have them but I run out pretty quick. Newspaper, of course, is yucky.
Instead -- Invest in a $20 paper shredder. Now all your trash (scrap paper, junk mail, unwanted solicitations & debts :licky: ) is free packing material!
I shred any paper I'd otherwise throw away and now I always have a box of filler near my wrapping area.
What about you?
