OT: Who likes weird lamps?

A little OT but related as it has to do with my vintage office.

But i just can't help but like strange lamps.
This is my new to me desk lamp.
Its for the folks who can't decide if they like hobnail milkglass
or the light woods of danish modern or if they like lampshades with the wood veneer look to them. Or turned legs like faux colonial revival styles. Or maybe they just like it all in one lamp. I at first thought this was a frankenstein lamp when someone had two or three broken lamps, but all the pieces are too flush I think

When I first saw that post my immediate thought was.. 'well me, obviously!'. Now that is interesting - I'll have to share some of mine, none are quite that impressive though!

I will play. I love lamps. I sold this several years ago and wish I hadn't. It went to Florida.

That's cool Linda. Reminds me of a swan in a weird way. Do you suppose their was a mate to it at one time or do you think it was meant to be a statement on its own?

I have no idea but it certainly does make a statement on its own.

I also have a 50s lamp on sale in the Mall.
