Are they about 6.5" tall? Pippa was Palitoy's version/clone/competitor of Topper Toy's Dawn, so I am guessing this is Pippa and/or her friend(s). I am a fashion doll collector, but I mainly collect Barbie and other 11.5" dolls, so I am not super knowledgeable about these, but I know Dawn has quite a following and is well-known among fashion doll collectors. She was the first of these small fashion dolls and sparked a lot of copies/clones, much like Barbie (Mattel went into this too).
