I've never seen a Trigere dress with this sort of tag and it also has a handwritten number. Dress zips up center back and has zips at sleeve cuff. Really well made, seaming is imperceptible, but is actually quite intricate, if you can make out a the seams on the front paisley. Looks 60s to me. Was wondering if it was made to measure, like demi couture.
