peach back button up blouse

hello! i would appreciate any help dating this top. it feels like a cotton material, no tags / missing tag? not quite sure. brooch on the front seems to be removable, not sure if it is original to top. buttons up the back. what type / style of blouse would you say this is? any notable fashion terms referring to the piece's styling?

The color, the length, the lack of darts for shaping, the length of the sleeves all feel 1960's to me. I would describe it a having a horizontally pleated inset V yoke below a band collar. I can see it worn under a pastel tweed suit jacket. A close up of the fabric and of a button might help to better identify it. Does it have any shoulder pads or evidence there have been any? I hope others check in.

That sleeve with that little button closure and the longer length of this blouse has me thinking more of the late 70s or very early 80s.
The brooch is definitely older looks like carved celluoid.

I agree that the brooch appears to be quite a bit older than the blouse. I think the brooch is C. 1930's. The coral colored flower motif looks like it might be molded Celluloid.
