Peck and Peck Label?

Looking at the label resource here I see 1950s and 1960s labels for this brand.

I see no difference in them. Is it just my eyes?

That is very cute! It looks like late 60s or 70s to me.

As for the label resource, the dates given refer to the item the label was found in. The same label could have been used for several decades, or portions of various decades, of course. If there are no additional labels shown after the last one, it just means no one had one to donate to the cause, not that there weren't any others, or that the last one shown wasn't used after that time.
