Peking Jacket help

Hello,
Last question of this 'run' on your very generous resources.
This jacket label says "Peking Friendship Store". I have found references to the Beijing Friendship store which say it was founded n 1964. I have also read that the Chinese government started insisting on use of the name Beijing as opposed to Peking officially around 1980. The store itself, I have read, sells 'traditional chinese arts and crafts etc", so am wondering if this jacket has a name other than 'traditional Chinese jacket'?
I'm not very good at fabric and so am not sure if this is silk or some blend. It is definitely not that slippery satin material and it feels more textured like silk. The lining, which I thought was synthetic, is so so soft and wooly. Can't really say what it is.
Thanks alot,
Lauren

I found a little bit about the Friendship Stores on Wikipedia:

I agree with you that your jacket would date to pre-1980, since it's Peking not Bejiing - but it's kind of hard to narrow it down further since it's such a traditional garment - except for the lining which looks like fleece to me. The colors are pretty '70's so that's a possibility -and it "looks" like silk in your photos.
