Here is an interesting piece... I actually like it so much I am torn about posting it for sale but...
can't keep it all.

Would you be so kind as top take a peek and make suggestions as to what? Why? Who? Where? When?

60s or 70s? Is it a purse? It almost looks like a bowling bag, except a bowling ball wouldn't fit in there *smile* It is def Naugahyde.

It is a Westex zipper tho, which often indicates 50s or 60s...
 
here we go... hard to get shots of the interior because the closure is so oddly small for a bag that seems built to be able to expand, but it has 2 long slit pockets and the interior is much like old vinyl car seats, a bowling bag or a carry on bag I once had from the 60s that had TWA on it. The zipper is big sturdy brass Westex, cant get www.steelzipper.com to open for some reason to check out zips to compare.

Interesting and cute bag - the safe option, I think is to go with late '60s to early '70s but it's reminding me of some of the clothes I wore in the late '60s, around '68-69 so I wonder if that's when it's from?

Is it big enough to be an overnight bag? If not, I'll go with handbag.
 
I think it is an over night bag and I am super hesitant to post it. I think Im going to keep it.

IN the end, I put it up for sale... because although I love it, I dont think Ill use it. (I actually carried it around the house for a minute to make sure :P) but... I just bought a Naugahyde suit YES A SUIT, it is pretty UGLY but beautiful too, if you know what I mean. I have to show you all.. its... its kinda nuts *smile*
