Hello ! It was sold as 1900's but I think that these beauties are more from the 1920's because of the bar strap and shape. As I'm really bad at dating shoes, I would like to know your opinion?

Yes I would agree with 1920s, the uppers look like velvet and I'd suggest the box was period too. Nice find.

PLEASE take the shoe stretchers out of the shoes, they are warping the shape. Those metal stretchers are terrible.

Ho well. It's already done. Shoes have been sold with the box and those wood stretechers inside but I've removed them after the pictures.

YEAH! It will take a while to regain their original shape, but if you stuff them with tissue quite solidly, it will slowly reverse the warping.
