earlier this year i had a gary saxe piano shawl dress from giorgio's of beverly hills. his pieces were one-offs and he didn't produce for very long, but perhaps searching for gary saxe piano shawl dress would get you what you want. it was from the 70s, which is when he designed. not sure if you're looking for an older piece than that, but thought this might be helpful to you.

The dress in the photo looks to be a hand made style made from a piano shawl - the construction does not look professional and the design elements are uneven, suggesting an enthusiastic amateur. I think you're unlikely to find something the same as it's unique but you could get the effect by purchasing a similar piano shawl and tasking as seamstress to recreate the style for you.
