Pierre Cardin?

I know this is more modern and actually has the original tags called Modern Edge by Pierre Cardin.
Could this possibly be before 1995 or so though?

Hi there... I think this is 90s/00s cusper. I say this because of the RN # and the research I did into it. The company was Kevin Joyce / Seattle Accessories which seemed to be inactive around 2002. This line, I'm guessing, was manufactured in India and the licensed Cardin label sewn on for export.

I have a black one also but no hang tags.

So not vintage. Guess I have to hold them a bit longer.
