No specifics except to say that they usually sell well. When I've had something like this in the past, I've done an ebay search for leather jacket in the militaria category, current and completed, and looked for consensus info on items that look similar to mine. Also gives an idea of what current prices look like. If you find conflicting information or not enough information, try starting a thread on the Historical Memorabilia forum on ebay asking for help. I've psoted there before and folks were nice.

I know whats throwing me!! You have the collar done up high and I can't see the fur.
It's a B-3 jacket but that tag already says that
I've never seen one with black fur before.
If you are going to auction that I would undue the collar and let it fold over.

not Army but USAF. I've never seen a B-3 in black before but the contract tag looks military to me.
