Plasticicians Please Lucite?

Dragged this out of the trunk, I know it is vintage plastic but is it lucite?

Its made in the USA and has a patent pending stamp...

It could be - I usually can't tell with out actaully handling it. It should be heavier than new plastic.

Thanks Hollis, it is vintage plastic although I don't believe it to be lucite....Darn it!
