Please date these hats Lilly Dache and Bollman

Can you help me date these hats? I'm almost comfortable dating clothing, but I haven't had much experience.

They both look 1950s to me. Can you show the Dache label? Or tell us what does the label say? That is a help.

Is the Bollman made of wool or is it fur felt? Are the rhinestones glued or sewn on?

The Bollman says 100% Wool Doeskin Felt. Thg rhinestones are glued on. There is a tag inside that says Annie's Hat Boutique, St. Louis. They started in 1976. Could this be a 70's-80's hat?
