Little help please. Last weekend went to an out of the way estate sale. Tried this fur on impulse before leaving and was a deal since regular and nobody really there. No idea what kind of fur. Have spent more than paid enjoying the researching of it. Just the label says "B" no # but research says dosent help. Really curious what type it is. But if it helps there was a supposed full size mink next to it. This is for me not a reseller just curious what is living in my closest.

The fur is Russian squirrel and I would date it to the 50s. The first use of the Fur Label Authority label was in 1956. It was used to assure consumers that fur garments were made under fair labor standards and complied with the fur products labeling act.
