Please help date and potentially identify this bag

Hi all

New here but would it be possible to please have some help with this bag?

Bought from a charity shop today for £8 and I'm chuffed! Could it be vintage? Smells of leather but not a very strong leather smell.

The handle changes from long to short with some poppers!

Any help appreciated, thank you

it looks like a very nice bag, made to have the look of a Coach bag. with those stamps, and the look of the inside, it certainly looks like real leather, too.

Very nice bag, I'd have snapped that up for eight quid too. Definitely leather - full grain hide means leather.

I think it's somewhere in the late 60s to 70s era, by the shape, the hardware, that strap, and the Made In England stamp.

Looks hardly used too - nice find!
