please help date small lace jacket

Hello all. Looking for any information you might offer on this petite lace blouse/jacket. The waist hem is not finished, and is actually a little crooked when I fasten the front, which are hook/eye closures. Maybe just never was completed or removed/cut from a larger garment? Material is a very fine net with very fine embroidery work design, (reminds me of tatted lace), and the larger florals are more like sewn on appliques. Do closures go to back?
I know you will want one of inside seams but not loading right now. Ongoing problem lately here, with overload to the internet. I'll try later if needed

It looks like an Edwardian or early 'Teens era dress or blouse that has been cut at the bottom. The Guipure lace looks like an addition? Can you show the back please? Maybe a close up of the lace. It is very pretty lace.

Ok I figured Edwardian, but really did not know for sure. Do closures go to back correct? I am unable to upload. The first two this morning worked ok , but I couldn't get anymore to upload then or now. It made it to 98% then keeps throwing up a red banner with error message. Sorry I will keep trying

It does up the back. It looks Edwardian to me as well. I agree with Barbara it looks to have been cut at the bottom and was most likely a dress.
