Please help dating a dress without label

I'm not too good at dating items without labels, can anyone help with this one? I think it's somewhere between the 60s and 70s...?

That's very cute! And I would say early to mid 70s, although there are some elements that suggest 60s.... i.e., the colorway of the fabric and the belt with that round self-covered buckle. But I'm gonna stick with 70s on it. I have a dress that was my SIL's from the late 60s, and it resembles yours, but I think the overall styling is more 70s.
 
I have a set from the 70s that uses the same sheer sleeve/long cuff combo. So, I'm agreeing with everyone else's opinion and saying early 70s!
