Please help identify Christian Dior Boutique, vintage dress

Hi lovely people, could anyone help me identify year of this Christian Dior boutique dress, I just bought a dress and wandering what year it could possibly be, also does anyone knows what code number on label means? It has no care label unfortunately, but lining fabric feels like a silk. Thank you so much for your help

Can't really see it all that well, but from what I see, it looks like it could be as early as 63 and as late as 73...

Well, now is looks late 90s... Is there a fabric content in it?

No fabric content but lining feels like silk with CD all over
