Please help Identify the brand and era of this bag

Can someone, please, help me to identify the bag in the picture? I bought it from a local SH shop and I don’t know which brand and how old is it.

Probably 1980s, late.

I would say early 90s with the "made in Germany". If it was earlier I think the stamp would say "made in West Germany".
