Please help identify this pin's era...Darker Blue enamel than photos show. Gold painted design.

Trombone closure.

It reminds me of some of the enamels coming out of Spain, maybe within the last 10 or 15 years or so.

I'm sure you'll get more opinions shortly.

P.S. The design is lovely (cranes? egrets?)
