Please help me date and place these exquisite linens

I have this lovely set of napkins and place mats, made of just beautiful yellow linen, with some sort of lace work -- sorry, I am not at all knowledgeable when it comes to terminology here -- like a very thin cord woven into designs with figures of men and women. I would love to know anything about them -- date and where they might've been made. I am sure they are quite old but have almost no experience with linens. Thank you for any assistance!

It resembles a Reticella lace, although the close ups looks more like Hardanger work. The man has very wide legged trousers which remind me of a Dutch gentleman's trousers. It can be difficult to date these vintage linens but the soft yellow color was popular in the 1910s and 1920s for table linens.

They are charming.
