Ok So I have searched and searched any and all information that is legible on tags.

I apologize for my description I am new in Vintage world. I have attached as many photos I could to help.
This is a 100% polyester Rose (some websites say its Mauve)22" long not including attached lace wrists cuffs peasant sleeve (I think I'm unsure because the sleeves are not as puffy as the one I have found.)

Measurements are

14 1/2" shoulder to shoulder seem not including the sleeve
22" long sleeve to lace cuff - Lace cuff 4" lace cuff
18" Bust line area right armpit seem
23" around waist (roughly) its got a elastic band
58 1/2" long

the wrists/cuffs? are lace and are fitted they have 3 6mm square snaps fasteners (was unable to find the exact ones online)
The dress is 58" 1/2 long it has a 22" (all the away around) cinched waist with what I assume is a thin elastic band under the bunched fabric. It comes with a 2" wide belt/sash about 40" long the dress itself has very thin sewn in string belt loops same color of dress.
The neck line is a straight across 14" of lace about 10 cm tall the back of the neck collar area is the same but seems to be a half a cm shorter and less wide. so 9 1/2 cm tall and 13" 1/2 long. There is a Lamar 29 USA rose colored zipper down the middle of the back 21" long there is a 1 1/5 cm hook eye clasp right above zipper. There is what I call overlapping flaps on the back of the dress (flaps are 1/2 in with a 1" gap between) this pattern starts at where the lace is sewn in at bottom of collar down 11".

There are 4 tags sewn in the back of the top of the dress (all together)
Top tag says "Themes" the T looks like it might be a J but I searched both and could not find anything on either
next small white tag says "Lot
Size 12"
3rd tag (almost completely faded)
looks like A D C F (or E) unsure
with the numbers 624220 under them
I see what looks like a blue circle under the numbers with a solid red circle inside of it the word "union" in white letters. the rest of the tag is unclear.
4th tag says 100% polyester
Dry Clean Only

Hello and welcome Amanda,

Pretty dress.

I'm not exactly sure what your question(s) is, but I'm guessing you may be looking to date the dress.
If so, it is a late 70s ready to wear, off the rack by "Themes". The string loops lets us know it
would have had a matching belt or sash.

The colouring of the union label also holds clues - it is post 1974. See label examples here:

Wow thank you so much that was very helpful.
It does come with a sash and is in near perfect condition I see no rips, holes, or stains of any kind.
If I wanted to sell this what would be a good appropriate price point?

We cannot help with prices here. If you can find similar items on the internet, Etsy or perhaps on eBay or in people's online shops that may help you with pricing it.

I agree with Deborah re the dating of it! It looks like a deep dusty rose color on my monitor. It being polyester and not silk chiffon does make it a lower priced item. It looks full length from your photos, so it may been worn at a wedding or perhaps as someone's prom dress.
