Please help with 70s style maxi dress Made in Germany

Hi. I am unable to find out any info on this 70s style halter maxi dress. Label (that appears to be in German)reads: CREATION FEE "ein modell der fresh generation desodorierend" with a # 38 on fabric label. Definite vintage style but unsure if it is indeed vintage based on that label. Designer quality by appearance. I've never seen this label before. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.







 
the halter cut is particularly wide, which makes me think its authentic..I agree that the label looks modern, but fonts and label can play tricks....

doe sit have a zipper anywhere?
 
Thanks for the input. Nylon zipper in back with a pink painted metal zipper pull. Dress is lined in what looks like pink rayon fabric.
 
I'd go with 70s too.

The label means:
"Creation Fee" - that would be the name. Funny, "fee" actually means fairy.
"ein modell der fresh generation - desodorierend" - now that's really funny, because I've never come across anything like this! Translated it means "a model/creation of the fresh generation - deodorant" (I hope I got the right word - I had to try LEO because honestly I couldn't think of the right English word).
So I guess this means the dress shouldn't start to smell, and you need not to use antiperspirant. I do wonder how that is supposed to work...!
