Please, help with dating Nina Ricci blazer!

Hello, I've found this beautiful lightweight blazer in a second hand store and have hard times with dating it. It has an op-art pattern in white and tones of blue. The fabric looks a bit like raw silk, but it might be a synthetic. The snaps look "old" to me, in my opinion older than 90's or even 80's. There is a printed tag with name of the designer, but no tag with care instruction or fabric composition. When did the companies start to print the tags?

From what I see, it is unlined, right? It also looks like there are no shoulder pads. Judging by that and the snaps as closures, I would say that it's probably meant to be a blouse rather than a jacket. Together with the look of the label, I would guess at 70s.

I would agree with Karin, with early 70s and a silk blouse.
The print is very Pucci inspired.

Just a note that I have found self fabric covered snaps to be a sign of quality in a garment.
