Please help with dating Pendleton label

Hello,
I purchased a Sir Pendleton shirt with with this tag at an Estate Sale today. My initial thought is 1960's.
The dark blue color and woolmark with no register R are throwing me off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I can't say when the registration symbol came in, but I suspect your label is on the early end of the Woolmark logo, 1964 or not long after. I hope someone else can be more helpful!

It looks like a beautiful plaid!

The shape of the collar and the placement of pockets are additional clues in dating Pendelton"s.
