Please help with reading this French designer label

Hi All,

I have tried, tried AND tried to read this label, but cannot figure out the last name. Does anyone know this label, or can help figuring out reading the last name. The construction is impeccable, and the design is very unique...Thank you!!!

Can you show both sides of the care label please? Although the dress was made in France I suspect the designer is not French because they use Guillame instead of William. I thought it said William Kaur which seems to be an american name but I haven't found a dress designer or trademark by that name. The other label info may help.

Guillame is not on the label, I was saying the French don't use William, they use the French translation which is Guillame.
