Please help with this linen skirt - could it be Edwardian?

I am totally out of my depth with this skirt. It's cream linen with navy stripes around the bottom, pleated gores, and a hook and eye closure. I appreciate any help!

That is lovely, I really like those summer stripes. It sure looks early to mid Edwardian to me. Is the hem an even length all around, or does it have a slight train in back?

Thank you, that's very helpful! It is s lovely fabric, thick and heavy. This is a summer skirt, not an underskirt, right?

As for the back, it's the same length as the rest. The only difference is that the pleats meet here, so there's a box pleat in the back center which gives a bit of extra fullness (the other pleats go in opposite directions all around, if that makes sense.)
