Jennifer @Voluptuous Vintage is from the UK, Gosport to be exact. She has had a brick & mortar shop there in Alverstoke since 2015. It looks so inviting!
But brace yourselves, vintage fashion lovers. I noticed on Jennifer's website that "due to unforeseen circumstances" the boutique would not be open to the public for a time.
I just visited their Instagram page and learned that those circumstances occurred in January, and included a two car chase, pedestrian injuries, kidnapping charges, and.... one of the cars crashing through the main wall of the Voluptuous Vintage shop.
Mrs. Darling and her dolls", as she calls her staff, are Keeping Calm and Carrying on with online sales via the website as well as the recently opened Etsy shop. The website offers a selection of reproduction as well as true vintage. I see they offer styling services, with vintage hair and makeup help- that may be on-hold at the moment as well.
