Pleated Bodice?

What could I call this? Pleated bodice? Pintucks?

They look like horizontal pleats to me. The fabric appears to be batiste, maybe a cotton/poly blend.
I'm sure others will also respond.

FYI I'm 5'9" and that is ankle length on me, shorter than I would prefer, so maybe for someone around 5'7"?

Thanks Melanie. I am very petite so it appeared tall to me.
I cannot figure out the fabric though I have looked at the fabric source. It is like a nylon. I have only seen some vintage sheer gloves made in this fabric. Not like soft chiffon?

Ok, I am going to call it nylon. The fabric source has no photo for nylon but looking at gloves in this fabric they are calling it nylon.
