Pls help me find some information about this label

Hello !!
I bought this pair of trousers in a thriftshop around 5 years ago and Ive tried multiple times to find information about the label but couldn’t find anything online. I cant seem to date the pair of pants either. The label with washing instructions and fabric choice is extremely washed out but i was able to make it look clearer by playing with the brightness of the picture.
any information is welcomed and would make me happy :)))

Okay so I went on a deeper dive today and I found my answer. The trousers were made between 1995-2003. I was able to find the name of the business shareholder (and the adress it was in Quebec, Canada) using the 5 digit ca number that was washed out on the label. And with that information, I went on the public registry of businesses of quebec and was able to find when was « l’officiel » used as a business name for that company and voila. Im happy now :). posting this here gave me the boost to search better
