Possible smoke removal solution

Unfortunately I received a pair of suede shoes yesterday that came from a smoker and were heavily infused, tissue paper and bag too - upon opening the package I immediately put it outside it was so bad. As I was in the lounge I just set it on the ground outside our french doors under the wisteria and was amazed to find when I collected them the smell had entirely disappeared, and they now smell faintly of wisteria blossom. Usually if I just put something outside generally, I find it goes, but comes back after I bring it back inside, but this is like natural febreeze...it's gone! I can only attribute it to the wisteria which is in full bloom right now. We're going to test it with a fabric garment next.

I love Wisteria. What a nice way to make things smell delicious.
The bees love it as well.

That is beautiful!

My daffodils aren't even blossoming yet--well, I have one that blossomed yesterday--I am jealous!
